How do I place an order?
Placing an order on Craftsventure is simple and convenient. Just follow these steps:

How can I get a copy of my invoice?
A copy of the invoice is usually included with your shipment. You can also download your invoice anytime by visiting the My Orders section under My Account on our website.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. To cancel your order, please visit the My Account > My Orders section.
Please note that certain products, including pre-orders or customized items, may have specific cancellation terms and conditions.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Cash on Delivery is available at select PIN codes and is subject to serviceability by our logistics partners. You can check the availability of COD during the checkout process.
Please note that COD eligibility may also depend on the order value and delivery location.
Can I use different billing and shipping addresses?
Yes, you can choose separate billing and shipping addresses while placing your order. Your package will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
What should I do if I receive an opened or tampered package?
If you notice that the package appears opened, damaged, or tampered with at the time of delivery, we strongly recommend that you do not accept the package and immediately inform our customer support team.
What happens to the refund if I cancel my order?
If your order is cancelled before it is processed or shipped, the full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.
In some cases, orders may also be cancelled by Craftsventure due to reasons such as product unavailability or quality concerns. Refunds for such cancellations are initiated immediately and generally reflect within 6–7 working days, depending on your payment provider.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Craftsventure ships internationally.
For international orders and bulk purchase enquiries, customers can contact our support team or submit a bulk enquiry request through our website. Our team will assist you with shipping details, pricing, and delivery timelines.
We work with trusted logistics partners such as DHL, DTDC, FedEx, and India Post for international deliveries. International shipments are subject to the applicable customs regulations and laws of the destination country.
What if a product is out of stock?
We continuously work to maintain product availability. However, due to the handcrafted nature of many of our products, certain items may occasionally go out of stock.
In such cases, customers will be notified via email, and any prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
