At Craftsventure, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans across India. Since each creation is handmade using traditional techniques, slight variations in colour, texture, weave, finish, or design may naturally occur. These subtle differences are not defects but a reflection of the authenticity and uniqueness of handcrafted artistry.
We take utmost care in inspecting and packaging every order before dispatch. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with easy returns, exchanges, and refunds as per the policy outlined below.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
The following categories are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless there is a genuine quality issue or damage during transit:

Return Policy
All orders are carefully checked before shipment. In case you wish to return a product, kindly follow the guidelines below:

Return requests must be initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Customers are requested to share their return or exchange request along with the product details.

Once the returned product is received and verified, Craftsventure may offer a replacement or process a refund for the product value through the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for bearing the return shipping cost unless an incorrect or damaged item has been delivered.

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us at support@craftsventure.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

Products eligible for exchange must be returned in unused and original condition.

If Craftsventure has shipped an incorrect product, size, or colour, we will arrange a replacement at no additional shipping cost to the customer.

For all other exchanges, customers will need to bear the return shipping charges.

Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, customers may place a fresh order for the desired replacement product.

Refund Policy
For Prepaid Orders (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI)
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment source through the payment gateway or PayPal (where applicable).
Please note:

Refunds will be processed only for the product value.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an incorrect or defective item has been shipped by Craftsventure.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

Refunds for COD orders will be issued only in the form of Gift Vouchers or Store Credit.

Cash refunds are not available for COD purchases.

Customers may self-ship the product or request a reverse pickup if the service is available in their location.
Refunds Will Be Processed In The Following Cases

Genuine quality or manufacturing defects

Incorrect product, colour, or size delivered by Craftsventure

Products damaged during transit

Packages lost in transit

Genuine sizing issues for unused garments only

Customer dissatisfaction, provided the item is returned in unused condition as per the return policy
Important Requirement for Refund Processing
To ensure smooth verification and faster resolution, an unboxing video is mandatory for all refund and damage-related claims. Customers are requested to record a clear video while opening the package and share it with us at:

Refund requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
Refunds Will Not Be Applicable In The Following Cases

Absence of a valid unboxing video

Minor variations in colour, texture, print, or craftsmanship due to the handmade nature of the products

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

Delivery failure after three unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier partner

Orders refused by the recipient at the time of delivery

Products returned in used, damaged, or altered condition
Important Note
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team, except in cases where the shipment has been officially declared lost in transit by the courier partner.
