Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

1. We, here at, have an unparalleled Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds Policy.

2. We offer refunds for the products which qualify under the following categories:

 a) Damaged, Defective, and Broken Products

 b) Any Products which is different from the ordered one and do not align with the description and pictures provided by the Seller on the Website

3. Any order placed on our Website can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order on the Website and making the payment, provided the Product has not been already shipped to You. If the User wishes to cancel an order, the User shall drop an email at [email protected] with the order number sent through the email requesting cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted unless the Product falls under the categories in Clause 2.

4. When an order is being cancelled for reasons under Clause 2, You may email Us directly. However, every cancellation request shall be made within two (2) days of receipt of the Product, failing which the cancellation request will not be entertained.

5. When You are sending a cancellation request to Us, You are required to email Us with the images of the defective Product and a video of shipment unboxing in case of the damaged item at [email protected], along with Your details including Name, Address, and Order Number.

6. Kindly allow us at least four (4) business days to revert to You.

7. If an order is returned to Us due to the unavailability of the User/Customer, We shall reach out to the Customer, and try to resend the shipment for an additional shipping fee. If the Customer is not able to receive the item after two (2) attempts, We shall retain 25% of the Payment as cancellation fees and cancel the order, and refund 75% of the total transaction price to the Customer.

8. You understand that any refund claims are valid, provided the item is unused and is in the same condition as when delivered with all packaging and tags intact.

9. No refunds shall apply to certain products. However, it shall be specified on the product page whether a Product can be returned.

10. Once a refund claim has been approved, it shall be Your responsibility to pack the Product properly and send it to the Seller with the tags, bills, and invoices. Once the Seller or our warehouse team confirms the receipt of the Product in good condition, the amount shall be refunded to You within three (3) business days directly to the account You paid with.

11. When an item is returned due to damage, you will be compensated for the return courier charges. In Case returns other than this customer shall bear the charges.

12. Few of the pin codes are not viable for reverse pick up, and in such a situation the customer will have to send the item back to us.

13. Please be informed that we do not offer a reverse pick-up facility outside India.

14. After the receipt of item(s), we will process your requests for returns/exchanges would be processed and it is subject to the condition of the received item(s).

15. We at Craftsventure inspect every shipment carefully before leaving our warehouse and it’s a part of best business practice. Every seller associated with Craftsventure will have to follow a certain set of instructions while packing any item before dispatch

16. Products that are in “Sale” are non-returnable.

17. No refund claims shall be entertained in the following cases:

A) Minor design and colour variation as with handloom and handmade products.

B) Package returned in a used or damaged condition (other than images or video provided)
